Welcome to Robinson Facial Plastic Surgery, founded in 2001 by double board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive Surgeon, Burke Robinson, MD in answer to his dream of providing patients with specialized facial aesthetic surgery in a boutique and personalized, home-like environment.  Dr. Robinson’s goal is to provide a comprehensive array of surgical and non-surgical procedures that help patients recapture the natural radiance of the face and neck.

Ruth Briley
Office Manager

Ruth has been the Office Manager for Dr. Robinson for over 10 years.  After earning her degree in Insurance from Indiana State, she has spent the last 25 years in the medical field.   Ruth works hard to make sure everyone in the office feels important and enjoys their work.  "Dr. Robinson is very talented, honest and knowledgeable in everything he does.  I love that he is a devoted family man and very charitable.  I am extremely proud to be a part of his practice and the entire office family."  Ruth’s favorite part of her job is seeing a patient who feels insecure in their appearance have surgery, and be so pleased with their results.  She likes to see that "glow" of happiness on their face and the boost it gives to their confidence.

Although Ruth comes from Indiana, she has made Georgia her home for over 20 years.  Ruth enjoys spending time with her daughters and grandchildren.  She loves going to her grandchildren’s events, gardening and cooking.  To know Ruth is to love her and she has a lot of love to give.

Heather Davis, LME, CMA
Medical Esthetician

Heather, both licensed medical esthetician and certified medical assistant, has been with Dr. Robinson for over 12 years and has advanced training in microdermabrasion, medical-grade peels, laser hair removal, IPL Photo Rejuvenation and prescription-grade skin care products. Heather received her medical assisting certification from United Education Institute in San Diego and moved to Atlanta in 1998 to work with Dr. Robinson.  While caring for patients during their pre-operative and post-operative appointments she decided she wanted to provide more post operative care to enhance their results and speed their recovery time.  Heather received her esthetician certification in 1999 and has continued her education with even more advanced training in wound care, acne treatment and camouflage makeup.  "I love care-giving and working with patients to help them not only reach their goals, but exceed them.  My patients are my priority."

Heather stays very busy with her two children Drayk and Darby. Rounding out the family in Sugar Hill is their dog, Roxie.  She is a native of Atlanta and grew up in Chattanooga. Heather volunteers for many community organizations, and assists with projects in her neighborhood.

Amy Curry
Patient Coordinator

Amy is our Patient Coordinator and Surgery Scheduler.  She loves working with patients in helping them reach their goals.  Amy is extremely knowledgeable about cosmetic procedures and skin care as she assists Dr. Robinson with every new patient consultation.    She is there for the patients every step of the way to answer any questions or concerns as the patient moves through the pre- and post-surgical process.  "My favorite part about my job is seeing how thrilled the patient is with their outcome.   Dr. Robinson is the most sincere, honest and talented surgeon I have ever worked. "

Amy is a native Georgian who enjoys the outdoors, UGA football, cooking and spending time with her children.   "I love being married, living in the country and rough-housing with my 3 children."

Karen LaForge

Karen has been in the medical administrative field for almost 20 years with the last 4 years being in cosmetic surgery.  Karen is the concierge of Robinson Facial Plastic Surgery; she greets you as you come in and is usually the person you speak with when you call.  She is very well informed on all cosmetic procedures and will assist you in scheduling any appointments including your consultation, pre-operative and post-operative appointments.  She is dedicated to making sure your visit is timely and comfortable in every way.  In addition, she handles Dr. Robinson’s entire travel schedule when he is instructing on how to inject certain injectables to other plastic surgeons or lecturing at conferences.   "I love my job and love helping people achieve their goals.  It’s wonderful to have someone come in after surgery, just beaming with joy."

Karen grew up in New Hampshire but eventually settled here in Alpharetta, Georgia in 1997.  Her "second job" which she loves, is being Mom to her 3 amazing children.  Her work never stops given all the after school activities of her children.  When they do have down-time, she likes to go to a movie with her kids or just read a book with them.

Rachel Vandegriff, CMA
Back Office Medical Assistant

Rachel is our certified Medical Assistant through the American Association of Medical Assistant (AAMA).  She earned her degree in Allied Health and completed her Medical Assisting studies at Gwinnett Technical Institute. She is currently studying Biology in which she aspires to be a Physician Assistant.  Her day to day responsibilities included bringing the patient back, getting their medical history, and prepping for and assisting with office procedures. Rachel will be the one to call you after your in-office procedures to make sure you are well and if you have any questions.

Rachel grew up in Long Island, New York and has been living in the Atlanta area since 2003.  She has been married for 7 years to her husband Michael.  They have two children, Kara and Debra.  Outside of work, school, and being a mother, her passion is ballet and dance. She has been dancing since she was 2 1/2 years old.

Brittney Bartlett, MA

Brittney is the newest edition to our office. She has been working in the medical field for the past five years since her earned her Medical Assisting degree from Georgia Medical Institute in Norcross, Georgia. For the past four years she had been working in an OB/GYN office doing every job throughout the office.  She is currently studying Business Administration at Georgia Perimeter College. Brittney will assist you in scheduling your appointments as well as making sure you have all the information that you need. She is also our website "techie".

Brittney was born and raised right here in Alpharetta. She just can't stay away from this beautiful community. When she's not working she is with her daughter, Reese.  She is an avid tennis player and also plays on a co-ed softball team.
