My experience with Dr. Robinson and his staff have been nothing but outstanding. The surgery went as planned. Heather and Amy were so helpful with questions that I had and were so caring. They were always available for anything I needed. I have recommended Dr. Robinson to my friends. Everyone that has seen me since my surgery said they want Dr. Robinson to do their eyes because he did such a great job on mine.

The staff’s services was always very good, they answered all of my questions during the whole process and as the weeks go by, I like my new nose more and more. After surgery, I barely had bruises under my eyes. Dr. Robinson did a great job.

I was initially concerned with the “bags” under my eyes or this was an inherited trait that I was not willing to live with. After meeting with Dr. Robinson and Amy I was convinced they could help me. After the surgery I am very pleased with the results and we even went further than the “bags” and had an eye lift that corrected a problem of my eyelid potentially blocking my vision. I am very pleased and would strongly recommend Dr. Robinson and his highly talented, courteous and friendly staff.

My surgical experience here was excellent from start to finish. The staff members were very friendly and professional. I also had a good experience at the surgery center they used. Dr. Robinson’s pre-op and post-op book was excellent. I knew exactly what to expect. I would highly recommended Dr. Robinson and his staff.

This is not my first experience with an ENT or plastic surgeon, so I can definitely attest to the difference with Dr. Robinson’s office. Everyone here understands what is going on and works together as a team. I don’t feel like just another face or surgery. Everyone is respectful, understanding and empathetic. Not to mention that the aesthetics of the office are not too bad either. The second time around was a 180 degree difference, and I would definitely recommend you, especially to people who have had a negative experience before.

Not knowing what to except – I was a little apprehensive- I read ALL the info – came in with my list of questions – and there was NO rush until they were sure I was comfortable. In addition, the staff (ALL of them) spoke very highly of the practice – the BEST compliment was from a girlfriend who said “You look like yourself! – Just younger J You were right Dr. R, Thank you!

It has been a month since surgery. I feel the healing process is going as planned. I already feel and look more rested. At this point I am very pleased with the results.

I am very pleased with the results from my eye surgery. The reactions I receive from friends are about my overall appearance, not that they can tell that I've had any specific procedure. That is just what I wanted. I was a bit hesitant at first about surgery, but I am so glad I took the plunge.

I broke my nose 20 years ago and have wanted to fix it for years - fear and uncertainty held me back. Then I met Doc. Robinson! He came very highly recommended and lived up to all my expectations. I love my new nose - just wish I hadn't waited so long! The office staff also did a wonderful job answering my questions and offering reassurance when I needed it. Doc. Robinson and his staff make the experience positive, which was really important for a nervous new patient like me. Thanks Doc!

We found the experience to be very positive. Dr. Robinson was a pleasure to work with! We were apprehensive having both of our girls go through surgery together, but Dr. Robinson and his staff made us feel comfortable and secure that the girls would be fine.
